Classic Cocktails Part Two


Bulleit Manhattan

Ingredients
1 ounce(s) Bulleit Bourbon
1/2 ounce(s) sweet vermouth
1 teaspoon(s) maraschino cherry juice

Directions
Fill shaker 3/4 full with cracked ice.
Add Bulleit Bourbon, sweet vermouth, and maraschino cherry juice.
Shake with ice, strain, and garnish with maraschino cherry.

Bourbon Hot Toddy

Ingredients
1 1/3 ounce(s) bourbon
1 teaspoon(s) fine grain sugar
2 small cloves
1 1/2 ounce(s) boiling water

Directions
Add bourbon, fine grain sugar, and cloves in old-fashioned glass or mug.
Add 1-2 oz. (or more, if desired) boiling water and stir.

Royal Washington Apple

Ingredients
1 ounce(s) Crown Royal Deluxe
1/4 ounce(s) Smirnoff Green Apple Flavored Vodka

Directions
Add Crown Royal Deluxe and Smirnoff Green Apple Flavored Vodka.
Shake with ice and pour into glass.

Ginger Snap

Ingredients
3/4 ounce(s) Captain Morgan Original Spiced Rum
1/2 ounce(s) ginger brandy
4 ounce(s) eggnog

Directions
Add Captain Morgan Original Spiced Rum, ginger brandy, and eggnog in blender.
Blend to desired consistency and pour into glass.
Garnish with ginger snap for dunking if desired.
