Ingredients

1 teaspoon(s) caramel
DirectionsAdd Baileys Caramel Irish Cream and Smirnoff Green Apple Flavored Vodka. Shake with ice and strain into a pre-chilled martini glass. Garnish with an apple slice and caramel.
