Fought over the course of three days, July 1-3 1863, the
Battle of Gettysburg was the turning point of the Civil War. It was the
bloodiest battle fought on American soil and it is said that visitors to the
Battlefields of Gettysburg can still feel the presence of fallen soldiers. For
Civil War history buffs this year will be an exciting time, as the 150th
anniversary of this battle will be celebrated in grand style.
While many will travel to the hollowed grounds, for this
